Ordered several items of building materials on line. Received notification within 20 minutes that they were ready. Easy to park (although a little limited) No waiting and items were brought to counter v quickly. Have used this branch several times in the past - account set up - always the same quickly service even when items are only available for next day. Would recommend.

It feels almost other worldly, like a hallucination wrapped within a spiral within a dream, but I am of the genuine whole hearted belief that I experienced the best customer service I have ever received today from a man named Kyle at a place called Screwfix Leamington Spa, and trust me I am a man who knows customer service. I mean quite honestly, Kyle should be running the place. I don't just mean the store, make the guy CEO. This is how it must have felt when that Barcelona scout first watched a 9 year old Lionel Messi on the streets of Buenos Aires.

Sharon on the till is horrible, she is extremely rude and make life so difficult I have stopped using the branch. I spoke to a member of staff about her and she said they constantly get complaints about her. I work all over the country and use so many Screwfix branches and don?t ever have issues. This branch though is horrible because of her, other staff are great but she makes me want to avoid it and I?m not the only one. Rude and makes up the ?rules? with the power trip she?s on.

Great if you no what your buying not so helpful if you don't unhelpful ill go elsewhere. Walked 200 yards building and plumbing. More than happy to give advice I spent my 75 quid there

I purchased rsomething in the shop but after a two weeks i return that item to the shop as i didnt need that anymore. cashier took my item and said that refunded money soon will shop up on my screfix account. I didnt get any slip from that person, and guess what , i didnt get the money back on my account. I been at shop and they dont have records of this .

The Leamington branch is not open on Saturdays even though the website says it's open until 6 pm

No safe access for walkers, only access on road around blind bend.Very dangerous.

Lady behind till only interested if you have prepaid via app. Ihad the code, huffing and puffing as she had to type in a code. Will stick to toolstation in future.
