Use to be one of the best charity shop in leamington spa BUT noticed over the past few months that standards have slipped,the shop has become dirty and clearly doesn't get clean regularly especially with the amount of dust balls i spotted on my last visit. The staff especially the so called managers are rude and obviously don't want to work their,the stock especially the clothes haven't been refreshed in a long time, it's the end of July yet lost count on how much Christmas items they have for sale!! The bric-a-brac is overflowing and messy! With the current store manager leaving next month (August) let's hope the store gets back to how it use to be! But going off the news that scope is shutting stores to save money think the leamington spa store days are numbered!!

We had a wonderful time visiting Scope and I bought a great T-Shirt from there and the manager was very welcoming and friendly,we will definitely be going back to there when we visit Leamington Spa.
