Whilst this local Sainsburys is very handy for last minute stuff, I find the staff rude and disinterested.
All I had from the main counter this afternoon was ?YEA? and that was it. Don?t get me wrong, I?m not royalty but I?ve spent over 30 years in retail in various positions including Sainsbury?s but I was trained to be welcoming to customers.
Maybe it?s a sign of the times.

It's a great shop,with long working hours.One bad thing,they sell 'meal deals' which require cutlery, usually there is available wooden cutlery,but once it runs out,staff can't help you,cuz it gets delivered once a week Monday.Working people buys meal deals for their lunch and eats it in cars or at work,but without cutlery,you can't buy meal ? unless you have to carry your own

The ?older? staff in this store are always rude and arrogant. The younger ones are always bubbly, welcoming and helpful. I was in the store this morning, asked the ?assistant? (what a joke) if I could get past because she was checking something on the shelf and she just huffed and puffed like how dare I interrupt her. This attitude seems to be a feature in the local Sainsburys. The staff at the main store in Leamington are great.

wish i had a better shortcut to get to sainsburys, maybe the council should build a new bridge by magnet to get to sainsburys much quicker

It's is a small store carrying a wide range with limited choice as you would expect .you can still buy a large part of your shopping if you were into smaller sized products and choice excellent if treated like a corner shop for the basics ,milk bread or the odd and end items
