ABSALOUTE DISGRACE!!! special delivery supposed to be delivered on monday and here we are on friday and still not delivered. customer services have sent 3 emails to management asking for update and its just not being done!! seems this depot isnt fit for purpose!! a special delivery not being delivered lol wild times!!

Birthday cards sent to my husband for his 80th birthday posted to him by the family over a week ago!!!Not one delivered on his birthday.This is one of the worst services in the country.. I don't blame our local delivery men and women.Its the management who clearly are not fit for purpose and need to be replaced by someone who knows what they are doing . No wonder they are losing customers...

Absolutely pathetic service. Keep getting emails they are unable to deliver to my property or that they were instructed not to deliver to my property. I sit at home, re arranging work schedule to be home for deliveries and they don't bother turning up.

5 stars for grEat customer service at one of the most chaotic times of the year, for kindness, honesty and helpfulness with packaging in a small mail office space, for complEte transparency concerning delivery times of parcels, I posted two boxes of presents on the 21st of December. They arrived in Scotland in record time, both together, first and standard class, on Saturday the 23rd at 10am. How's that for service!In some post offices, some worried customers might be encouraged to pay a lot in order to get their post delivered 'on time'. Here the staff were very knowledgeable and professional with the customers about Christmas delivery times across the UK, with last minute Christmas deliveries etc, well deserving of their name Royal Mail.

Update: Gave me a missed delivery note this time, had yesterday's date on? Brought it and the guy was nice and as helpful as possible but couldn't give me a single one of my missing parcels somehow even thought this is what missed delivery notes say to do, and that I would just have to wait for them to eventually, maybe, turn up? He obviously tried to help but still it's ridiculous.Couldn't tell me anything about my parcel even though there have been attempted deliveries, heard them tell another person there's loads and loads of packages waiting to go out but not enough workers to deliver them - makes sense as I'm missing 4 packages that should have arrived ages ago! Somehow unable to tell me anything about where any of them were which is a very, very poor system and means I can't do anything but wait for ages, I guess. Also, terrible opening hours if you have a job to go to/are busy at all.

I just want to thank the postwoman who returned to deliver my special delivery package at 17.30. After speaking to her a couple of hours earlier as it wasn?t with her then. That it contained my tablets, that I desperately needed. So she kindly went back to the sorting office to find it, which I didn?t expect her too! Now that?s above & beyond, well done & thanks once again what an angel!!!

Being used as a 3rd party to enforce corrupt custom charges..... they are paid to deliver, but now hold back parcels for ransom and charge again, £8,for the inconvenience

Sadly an awful depot for such a nice town, I've had nothing but bad experiences. They're never open when they list so on the wall, e.g., it will say 08:00-16:00 in the morning but if you return after lunch they will be closed and have obscured/removed the 16:00 from the board as if they've left early. This has happened countless times in the last 9 months I've lived here.They're also very poor with communication - I've rescheduled a couple deliveries that were never delivered, and when visiting the depot at 09:00 it turned out they were sat behind the counter for the last couple weeks. Delivery drivers are usually friendly and reliable though.

Just awful customer service! Staff that can not be bothered to help even blame you for royal mail losing packages.. managers promise to improve things but never gets better honestly Just getting worse!!! But still they strike for better pay and working conditions when they can't even hit the government targets now!
