Wouldn't be on my list to come and stay at this premier inn again, not very Inviting...cold welcome on desk. Didn't sleep really the bed was so uncomfortable, it's in a good location though.

Stayed one night. The room was exactly as described and I could not really fault it. Maybe a little on the small side but it was clean, everything worked, the bed was comfortable, the were loads of sockets, the shower was excellent. Front reception and the entrance off the street are a bit off putting but the staff were fine. Breakfast was OK if a little 'portion control' but everything was available and the staff were friendly.

Reasonably priced rooms in a great central location. Left my electric toothbrush there and staff endeavoured to get it back to me.

A very nice premier Inn. The room we were in was very modern. Good value for the price, we had breakfast which was "kids eat free" and with that again was very good value. Because it's on the high street it has no car park of its own. There is a multi storey around the back with 24 hrs for about £8. You have to walk round to the front entrance though. Not ideal with bags/suitcases but not a deal breaker.

The single best Premier Inn I've visited. Rooms: spotless and user-friendly. Service: The bar next door could be improved but was fine. Location: Right in the city centre and near the train station and shops.
Rooms: Clean and modern
Walkability: Near everything you need.
Noteworthy details: Incredible stay I had.

Absolute lovely stay, stayed for over night stay due to work, the room was very nice and comfortable with all the extras (ie. Kettle, Tea, Coffee sachets, Shower gel etc.) the TV was brill and the bed linen was excellent! The restaurant (Bar+Block Grill) was lovely, recommend their Chicken Tacos, Salt and Pepper Squid and Cookie Dough and Ice Cream for deserts. The ultimate breakfast is gut filler too! Absolutely recommend this premier inn and the staff are very friendly too. Thank you
Food and drinks: Recommend their Chicken Tacos, Salt & Pepper Squid and Cookie Dough with Ice Cream

stayed here as I was attending a training course for three days. Room is spacious however my bathroom is quite dirty there washair everywhere. receptionist was friendly and I had breakfast included in my allowance. The two ladies that I saw the last four days were brilliant very friendly and very cheerful.
Breakfast is good. There?s a wide selection. It?s clean and adequate. The toaster was out of service but they put in a small replacement which wasn?t too bad. I like the yoghurt selection. I was the second floor and it said that my room would come with a mini fridge but there wasn?t a mini fridge. I think it really would?ve helped as I didn?t fancy having dinner for two nights and could?ve put some old stuff in the fridge, but never mind.
The hotel itself is a great location walking distance from many places such as the park the shopping centre and it?s a stone throw away from Warwick.
Walkability: Bus services running stole, throw away from the shopping centre and Betty shops nearby

The room was spotless apart from the window which was disgusting. The mattress good, the coffee facilities very good, the shower floor very, very slippery. It has iron and iron board, hair dryer, water in the mini fridge, chocolates, milk, sugar, coffee, nespresso machine. Unfortunately the common areas are dirty, the entrance, hall, corridors. It could improve just by giving it a good clean and maintaining it.
Rooms: Very good
Noteworthy details: Dirty on common areas

Good location. Small and dark room with weird shape and very small window with no view. Room was clean. Smelly hallway. Good breakfast with various options. Friendly staff.

Extremely disappointed with my stay. I had booked a concert in Warwick and had no real choice as everything was booked up and insanely expensive, so I ended up here.
I was barely even acknowledged when checking in. No friendliness or courtesy whatsoever.
The room was ok. But, for the money, not really good enough at all. There were rubbish wrappers from the previous occupants still under the bed. Décor was pretty dark and uninspiring, making it feel claustrophobic. The alleged 'free' WiFi was pretty tragically bad. Oh, and why do premier inns insist on using those toilet paper dispensers that you used to get in primary school? It's so naff!
And to top it off... I was hassled by staff knocking at my door BEFORE check out time. I had been just about to leave (before I had to check out, I might add; I was not late), and that just annoyed me, given the absurd amount I had paid. The woman just wanted me out, no explanation or apology, even when I politely said, 'don't worry, I'm just on my way out.'
The only good thing about it is the location; it is very central. To be fair, a couple of the cleaners were kind and polite and greeted me as I passed through, but the staff whose job it was to actually deal with customers... Couldn't care less.
