Today as I was walking around the store I was welcomed by James who asked me if he could help me! So friendly and knowledgeable, I have a new puppy on his way and James talked me through everything I needed! James, you are an absolute credit to Pets at home! ??????????

I came in at the end of the day with a new puppy and no lead. From the moment I walked in all the staff were friendly and helpful. James even kept my puppy behind the desk so I could walk around and look for a lead and bed. All the staff were great, they were insightful, had excellent recommendations and helped until I was sorted to go. Thanks again guys

Went to this store to get some supplies and advice for my new kitten, gentleman called James was a great help, gave me some great tips/knowledge on popular brands as well as let me know about the pets at home app and its loyalty system. Glad I chose this store was very helpful. Cheers James!
