Normally good but they decided to use Uber to deliver, Uber took over 30mins and food arrived cold. I called papa johns but they didn?t want to resolve the issue

Food was good until I found this hair that was clearly mixed into in the dough before cooking, as I could lift the whole crust with it. Enjoyed it until this point but had to throw the rest away as I?m not eating that anymore. Hope it?s just an accident but worried about hygiene standards now

got the wrong pizza delivered, contacted the shop to let them know, they eventually admit the mistake and delivered the right one.

Cold and stale. Tracker said it was out of the oven 10 minutes after order. Then 25 minutes later they were ready for delivery. Another 25 minutes and it's here. Should've gone to the local. Fresh my ring piece.

Shocking orded of line saying bye one get one free payed 25 pound with delivery but when u order of line it don't give u the second choice to what pizza u won't so I thought they would give me the same pizza but when come told me I only orded one pizza for 25 pound they made out of gold but u no what u had one thing to do on to the next people lost my company jokers

Food was good. Staff were not very welcoming and interactive. Unfortunately it was takeaway so no place to sit. Even tho it?s a tourist spot but no sitting.

Absolutely abysmal experience ordering from them. Made an order via Just Eat - they marked it as delivered but did not deliver the food. I called them to check what was happening - they said the food was on its way. We waited another 30 min and nothing - by this time the store and all other takeaways in the area were closed so we had to go to bed hungry. Rip off - they shouldn't accept the order if they cannot fulfill it.

Sunday evening, myself and my girlfriend were starving after a long flight home. Came across Papa John on Uber Eats and noticed they had Buy One get One Free offer. I thought it's great, two pizza and a bottle of coke for £34 it's average price. Delivery driver shows up with just one pizza and says I've only ordered one pizza and he also forgot to bring my bottle of coke but offered to come back with it later. I've question why I only have one pizza when the offer is Buy One get One free. So I've bought one, where's my free one? He said I need to call Uber as they deal with the offers. I've called Uber, Uber said my pizza doesn't qualify for the Buy One get One Free even though I have screenshoot from the app saying it does. Uber suggested I call the pizza place. I've called the pizza place and the lady answering the phone was very unhelpful saying they haven't done any mistakes as I've only ordered one pizza. Yes, because that what the offer says: buy ONE get ONE FREE. It doesn't say buy two get second one free, it says buy ONE and I've bought one. I've tried to speak with a manager, I've been told he wasn't there and they couldn't give me his number. I've basically paid £34 for one pizza. I do not recommend this place.

Prompt delivery. The pizza bases as particularly tasty but we liked the bbq meat topping too.
