Normally good but they decided to use Uber to deliver, Uber took over 30mins and food arrived cold. I called papa johns but they didn’t want to resolve the issue

Food was good until I found this hair that was clearly mixed into in the dough before cooking, as I could lift the whole crust with it. Enjoyed it until this point but had to throw the rest away as I’m not eating that anymore. Hope it’s just an accident but worried about hygiene standards now

got the wrong pizza delivered, contacted the shop to let them know, they eventually admit the mistake and delivered the right one.
