Beautiful and tidy shop outstanding staff very helpful with picking out items to suit my needs. E.g I needed a pair of earrings that wouldn't make my ears sore, I can only wear gold or gold plated so I bought a beautiful pair of rose gold infinity earrings I love them so much I was given great advice on how to care for my little beauty's I keep them dry and clean and never wear them in the shower. Only down side to the shop is the door was a bit heavy and stiff which made it difficult for getting a pushchair in and out of the shop.

Overall it is generally good here,but on the occasion two weeks ago I was unhappy with the service and had to return again on another occasion to rectify a problem. It would have been nice if I had been offered some sort of recompence for the sales rep mistakes in her sales to myself and my partner.

I had a necklace from here that went black after 6 months. A member of staff said they would send it off to be cleaned and I wouldn?t have to pay for it. Few weeks later they tried charging me £9 for it, obviously I?ve refused this. I?ve left the store and realised they?ve replaced the chain without my consent, gave me a smaller one, the pendant is still black and their head office refuses to see the problem. The store management is as useful as a chocolate tea pot and now I?m £100 down.
I?d save your money or go else where!

Excellent service and a wonderful customer experience. The lady who served us was knowledgeable, experienced and very good at her job. Even bought out the matching earrings!Had been to Solihull in the morning and walked out because of such poor service. Saterday staff don't know anything didn't seem to know how to size rings, knew very little about anything really, I won't be going back.
