Poor customer service on this store.
I went on Saturday as my ring was faulty and the woman at the front didn?t even bother to solve my issue or find a solution.
Today I came to Pandora in London Westfield and they solve it in less than 5 min and great customer service.

Disgraceful poor customer service poor quality In jewlery claiming of being threatening just because you express views of a ring lasting less that 6months claiming their jewellery they wear all the time and the quality is good then calling you a liar for highlighting they only wear it to show it as they are given it for their job to model it! Expecting to pay because the quality is that poor it?s lasted less than 6months one saying they see it often and the other saying it?s rare! Utter rubbish quality, attitude and customer service! Becarful what you buy anything to get out of them replacing their poor quality.

I think its really bad business when under unforeseen circumstances someone forgets about a gift card then when they come to use it it's expired! One year is not very long for a card! You've had the money so keep your promise! I wonder how much money you make in unused cards?!!

Popped in after strolling by and left with the most gorgeous ring for my wedding! I was served by Kellie who was very knowledgeable in her sales and nothing was too much of a problem! I also purchased the cleaning kit which I used last night and my jewellery all look brand new! Best purchases ever! Thank you so much to Kellie and the team (who were all so friendly and full of smiles) I?ll definitely be back again!

Beautiful and tidy shop outstanding staff very helpful with picking out items to suit my needs. E.g I needed a pair of earrings that wouldn't make my ears sore, I can only wear gold or gold plated so I bought a beautiful pair of rose gold infinity earrings I love them so much I was given great advice on how to care for my little beauty's I keep them dry and clean and never wear them in the shower. Only down side to the shop is the door was a bit heavy and stiff which made it difficult for getting a pushchair in and out of the shop.
