Moreover, they have been so easygoing and funny - it definitely helped to ease my worries when I’m so new to painting jobs, calculations, colour collections, paint types etc.There was another guy that helped me a lot, too - unfortunately cannot remember his name.I chose to go to the Dulux centre every time because of excellent customer service, although sometimes promotions that B&Q or Homebase run turn out cheaper.On one occasion I came across a different customer service representative and found that I did enjoy help of others better - probably driven by their extensive experience. So hopefully it’s just a matter of time for others to learn.Overall, excellent customer service - will be coming back.”
