Visit this shop often and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. Kyle, Katy and Dan are always on hand to help with a smile hence my rating and I see them working hard.
HOWEVER the manager Michelle is appalling. I bought some goods recently with a friend and they were literally flung at me across the counter with no smile and a ?can?t be bothered attitude?. My friend who was visiting actually commented on her rudeness which is unlike him. I have also heard her speak to staff in a condescending derogatory way. I overheard her being extremely unkind to a staff member about a holiday.she felt he shouldn?t have had.. I was appalled that I could actually see the conversation going ahead on the shop floor and the upset on the lads face trying to stay strong. As a male i didnt want to intervene for fear of being tarnished with some harassment allegation but I was horrified. The stock has diminished she she has been there so choice is limited. Michelle is most unprofessional and I?m amazed her staff want to work there. If it wasn?t for the aforementioned staff I would certainly shop elsewhere

Went to the one stop in whitnash and it said it?s open I go there and then where closing it said it?s open till 10pm ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous that they wouldn?t accept Northern Ireland sterling. Maybe I am wrong but NI is still part of the UK
Shopped here many times as my son lives less than 0.5 miles away and this is the first time my money has been declined.
Not be back again that?s for sure.

A few weeks ago my debit card was declined and I wasn't able to pay for my shopping. The staff, Tara and Kyle, in my local branch in Whitnash provided me with the highest care and World class customer support. Thank you for being so kind and caring!

Good shop but too small for an area of this size. They need a Tesco express or a larger shop in this area with better parking.

Ordered items on Uber and one wrong item (baby milk) was sent. Tried contacting Uber, and got no response initially. Rang the shop and they let me come in to swap to correct item. The lady was very helpful and even showed me why error occurred (wrong barcode) so not picker fault but either Uber or shops till system.Uber has actually now refunded for some reason, even though message to say shop resolved issue; as needed the milk urgently so couldn?t wait for them to respond hours later.

Brilliant (and cheap) convenience store. Friendly staff and wide choice. They sell Tesco goods now as I think they may turn into a Franks soon maybe.

Don't like talking on the phone, rang 3 times only for them to pick up and dump after 18 seconds, the third time picked up and give the silent treatment for 5 minutes, then call ended.
