I bought a bag of fries and as the payment went through, I noticed that the bag of fies has been previously opened. The cashier that served me refused numerous times to let me change the bag of fries. Eventually after talking with another cashier I was given another bag of fries, but it shouldn't have been that difficult to get another one given that the fries were clearly open and I hadnt even left the tills.

There is something very fishy with this location. I needed to pick up a parcel at them and the shop keeper refused to give it to me, he kept telling me to come after 4PM even if the parcel was right next to him.

the low star rating is not for the products quality or the cleanliness of the store but more for the attitude of the owner.I wanted to drop off a UPS parcel, pre-paid and with shipping label attached. the instructions from UPS were very clear: to print the label and apply clear tape all over it so it doesn't get damaged during transport which makes total sense.well, the lady owner when trying to scan the parcel with a small android tablet that had the appropriate app on it couldn't scan the bar code. firstly, the area around the till was very poorly lit and she was aligning the red line above the bar code, not through the middle of the bar as it should. after a couple of failed attempts she said the bar code was not supposed to be covered with tape and I should put it back correctly. I then explained that I followed the instructions given and she should try different angles or something. she tried one more time, again very poorly and say "it doesn't work". then proceeded with putting the tablet away and fiddling around trying to begin another task around the till without any goodbye or word of ending the conversation or anything. just left me standing there like an idiot.her attitude throughout the interaction was one of superiority and lack of desire to help or being friendly.I went to another store and the scanning went smoothly, the clear tape didn't interfere whatsoever.

Staff are rude and one member of staff will not help you no matter what that person name is JZ if you don't want to help customers get another job and the pictures show well thay keep the place what a disgusting place
