Awesome !!! I called in this morning on the off chance as my phone wasn?t working
The store was busy but the chap there was juggling many customers and keeping everyone happy. I was looked after by Deena who sorted a new sim card quickly and sorted the problem. Both staff members were brilliant you don?t get customer service like this anymore

I switched from another provider to O2. While doing so I had to come to this shop a few times. As I am a holder of all my family phones I had to do a lot of things. The shop assistant, Paul, was the most helpful. He knows all the products and all manipulations anyone can and should do with their phones. Anyway I cannot feel happier. Now I have the best plans, the best phones at a very fair price. I would recommend Paul to anyone who is seeking the best advice at the best prices. Thank you, Paul, your help was very much appreciated!

Yesterday I went into store as I?d received notification saying my mobile was due an update etc. Owen who served us then shocked me by saying it was scam. They knew my contract was coming to the end somehow and thankfully I did not call the number they suggested. Anyway as a warning to others don?t respond as Owen explained there are many phone scams going about.
Regarding Customer Service I cannot rate our Leamington Spa branch on the Parade enough. Owen was wonderful and deserves to be recognised as a valuable member of the Team. Also the manager whose name I?ve forgotten sorry.
Owen is patient, thoughtful, extremely ?teccy? and I had the best deal imaginable with excellent advice from him.
o2 is the place to be and I?m so grateful for such fabulous service and advice plus Owen?s patience and friendliness

Went in to replace a stolen phone, Paul (sorry bad with names if it wasn't paul) was very helpful setting up a new contract, running through options and giving me a good overview on what was available.
Had a bit of a struggle setting up the new device in store but we got it working, staff was patient. Overall a positive experience and it's why I enjoy using o2.

There is an employee working here who is incompetent and probably doesn't know why he is there. I will definitely not visit this place again.

I was happy to find out that my new area finally had an O2 shop if I needed anything urgent. And I did.Empty shop where they were waiting for a specific employee to serve me and who asked me for several things telephone customer service have never asked and I never had during time with O2. They even told me to call customer service when I told them that I don't have a phone! Like it was a shop of a different brand. Unfortunately waste of money, better to be invested in better phone customer service. Ah! And I had to take my phone to be fixed by another company.. ?
