I was happy to find out that my new area finally had an O2 shop if I needed anything urgent. And I did.Empty shop where they were waiting for a specific employee to serve me and who asked me for several things telephone customer service have never asked and I never had during time with O2. They even told me to call customer service when I told them that I don't have a phone! Like it was a shop of a different brand. Unfortunately waste of money, better to be invested in better phone customer service. Ah! And I had to take my phone to be fixed by another company.. ?

Helpful staff !!!02 abit of a pain with swap over of network ..Recommend go into store instead of talking to some one in another country by phone !!

Went In to leamington spa store to upgrade. The lady in there said i could only up grade on line not in store ! And if i wanted to take out a new contract i couldn?t keep my number and she couldn?t transfer my info to a new phone as I only had 20% charge !It felt that she just didn?t want to help.I went to Tesco mobile they sorted everything, iPhone 14, kept my number they transferred all data and was really helpful(and cheaper than 02 as well)

Call into this shop for a replacement SIM card. Two people working in shop so we waited about 45min while young lad sold phone to customer. We were asked to leave a phone number has he didn?t know how long he would be. We had coffee in shop very nearby got call after about 15min. Got SIM card ask the lad to reactivated it and take off the BARS Told he could couldn?t spend 20min doing that with us ?the SIM card card is in ring this number to activate it?. Rang number which was a bad line and a language barrier we were told all sorted but could take up to. 24hrs to work. Waited 42hrs no luck. Went to O2 shop in Merryhill centre 2min wait dealt with problem another 2min out of shop in 5min everything working. Wish you could give minus rating has Leamington would score -10

Phone bill going up because you want to "continue investing in technology" after a contract is signed. Sneaky and greedy. Never using o2 again.
