We arrive at the Newboyld Common Arms on 12 Dec to be told our booking had not been booked - we booked 24/11/2024. We were then told we could not have a Christmas Lunch -which us what we had booked. After sometime it was sorted and we did in fact have a lovely meal although they got the desert mixed up. Really expected... read full comment

Disappointing experience. Waited over an hour for food which arrived stone cold. Lots of staff but seemed disorganised. Interior quite tired and seemed dirty.
