Poor that you don't print a receipt and want email address. Not helpful staff either, why would an 11 year old have an email address. Need to work on your customer service.

Two girls served me 10am, absolutely brilliant customer service, went out of the way to find my item on the sale (skirts). Very helpful girls. New Look store in the priors, visited 25.08.2024.

I went into this store with my daughter who used to work here, to be ignored by all staff who are meant to great everyone once at the tills, only when we where vocal about the rudness from the staff did the manger talk! Very unprofessional! Manger clearly didn't want to serve my daughter as she called another staff member to serve her instead!

Terrible service. Standing in the shop waiting for the fitting room to open which won?t be until midday because that?s when an extra member of staff is turning up. No wonder shops are going bust! They should be bending over backwards for sales!

I bought three items online didn?t fit went to take them back they I only took two because the other one is a brand Item which they don?t sell in store? Which is really annoying considering I can buy them online! However it is what it is, the lady at the till tells me to take them to the post office, the post lady saids I need A label so then I rang up the store they said all the information will be on the piece of paper.... no information whatsoever tells me to get a free label online... it doesn?t say on the Royal mail website where to ask for a returns label either....Not happy at all!!! I just won't buy any brands at new look except from new look now! Since we it's such a Pfaff!
