Outstanding service, quality suit, highly satisfied.
On our first visit, we were assisted by a couple of very friendly and knowledgeable staff members (unfortunately we didn't catch their names), who helped us choose a very nice autumn suit for a graduation.
On our second visit, we brought in shoes, pocket squares, and ties we already owned to try with the suit. Mark showed us multiple excellent-looking combinations of accessories, using what we already had and a couple of items from their shop.
Mark went above and beyond, he stayed 30mins after closing time just to help us choose the perfect tie / pocket square combination. He also impressed us with his extensive sartorial knowledge and eye for colour. On top of this, he worked very hard to try to source a waistcoat for us.
Was treated like a millionaire on both occasions, would recommend.

I recently visited Moss Bros to purchase a double-breasted suit for my engagement, and I couldn?t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Mark, who provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the perfect suit to complement my partners outfit
What really stood out was Mark?s dedication?he went the extra mile by staying over 10 minutes after closing to ensure my fittings were perfect and everything was finalised. Had the best experience 10/10!

The staff are nice but the suits feel like they are made out of paper so don't expect something that lasts - if you want a one day suit it is am option

Simply the best experience buying my wedding suit with Dharam?s advice - it was so great to be advised by someone with an intuitive grasp of style, and I was thrilled to buy an elegant tie and pocket square combination that I would not have been capable of picking myself(!). A really individual service; can?t wait to wear the outfit on our wedding day - thank you so much! Dharam even gave us an excellent cafe recommendation where we are sitting now writing this review - is there no end to his talents?! Ask for Dharam, you can?t go wrong! ??

Excellent customer service. Ordered a shirt online a few months ago for my wedding. Tried it on and put it in a suit bag until 2 weeks before the wedding when I noticed there was a hole in the shirt. The shop swapped it out for a new shirt with no problem
