Purchased wrong size Gortex gloves in Shrewsbury, UK (unintentionally) from Blacks. Went into Millets in Leamington Spa, explained the situation, showed them my receipt. They said no problem. No quibbles, excuses or BS. Would highly recommend.

I've not been into any Millets stores for ages then I've been to this one three times since Christmas. Staff really good, stock is more than you'd expect from a small store.I've bought two jackets and some camping gear.I was really impressed with this store and will be returning next time I need something.

My mother and I received great service from the Leamington branch of Millets at the weekend. Tom helped us select (and buy) two coats, and provided really helpful advice and recommendations about suitable hiking boots for our needs. We will definitely shop here again.

Visited as I was in need of some sunglasses on a beautiful sunny day. I'm a fan of outdoor clothing shops, and while small offered a decent selection. Friendly staff and will be using again.
