This used to be a good McDonald?s, but all these delivery drivers have ruined the place, always taking up parking spices especially the disabled ones & getting in the way when you?re trying to collect your order.

Would probably avoid going around 2:30AM.
Low staff, took my order through drive through, then when I went to pay, said I haven?t placed an order yet. So try asked me to wait at the next ( last ) window
Then waited extra 10 mins just for large fries, when they still didn?t come to the window, I had to drive off.

Told to drive around 8 cars later to pay for meal because I drove past only pay window
Service at this store has gone down from acceptable to atrocious
Will drive to Emscote from Sydenham because their service is better

Ordered through uber eats for the first time in a long time and it will be the last time. Only ordered 3 items and one of them was the opposite to what we ordered and when I called McDonalds to resolve it they said I could drive there and swap it defeating the object of delivery or place another order and pay service and delivery charge again! Label on the wrap says just eat and we ordered through uber! Place is a joke it?s never right first time. Don?t waste your money if you want McDonalds drive a few more minutes to the one next to big Tesco they can read!

Don't get me wrong the food is great, but what isn't great is the ignorance of the employees. Never have i felt so disregarded. All I wanted was a simple pack of sugar accompanied with a stirrer to add to my coffee. But when my need was not fulfilled as the worker walked away as if my needs were irrelevant. Sorry mcdonalds but an occurrence like this u just cannot overlook. Thankyou for your not so great service.

The fries were not crispy as expected very little salt not how I remember also the Big Mac was tastless and not enjoyable. Not worth the £7.49 paid. Will not be visiting MacDonalds again any time soon.
