I want to give a huge thank you to Denise at the Leamington branch of Lloyds Bank. She went above and beyond to help me set up my account, even staying late to make sure everything was completed without any stress. She was kind, professional, and reassuring throughout the whole process.
This experience was a complete contrast to the poor service I previously received at the Daventry Road Coventry branch. The difference in care and professionalism between the two branches is night and day.
The Leamington branch, and Denise in particular, have restored my confidence in Lloyds. Thank you so much for the outstanding service?you?ve truly earned 5 stars.

Visited multiple times only to be informed of different sets of requirements each time for the same process. When asked for standard requirement from helpline, they weren't helpful at all. Surprised to come across non standarized procedures in this day and age. Not worth your time.

I had my dog with me and went to pay cash in. The machine would not accept the notes so went to the cashier. Was asked to leave as i had my dog with me. I can go to most restaurants and shops in Leamington with my dog, but not to the bank. Absolutely ridiculous. Been into the branch a number of times recently and there are lots of staff walking around with cups of coffee, but minimal staff actually serving customers. Time to change bank after 40 years - I suggest you do the same.

I was there one day Indian lady came out to help and to be honest she was pushing me to get loan to get overdraft even I didn't need one of those, I was telling her I need how to transfer the money to another account she was pushing me get some loan get overdraft I'll help you this is not meant to be like that , I was very upset I was telling her I'm not coming for this.I just move money from my account to another account she grabbed my phone and she said I'll show you how to apply for a loan or overdraft very poor service Lloyds Leamington Spa

Disgusting staff! Machine swallowed my card for no reason, on holiday tomorrow and when I asked it was nothing can do and then walk away from me with a dirty look! Went to my bank Barclays and couldn't be more helpful, temporary card given in 10 minutes, with complete access to my normal banking requirements. I WILL NEVER BANK or recommend Lloyd's to anyone! Barclays Barclays Barclays!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady at the front counter at this loyds was rude abusive and all the staff are abusive as i walked off heard her say something very rude. Very arrogant staff and not friendly. The manager is not helpful Rediculous bank .

Went into the branch with my daughter asked them for helpThey turned round said due to the nature of my daughters problem there's no one to deal with it in branch go online. The woman in branch was absolutely no help whatsoever. Terrible service!!!

Sharon. Leamington Spa branch. On the Parade. You were nasty to me this morning. Snappy and abusive. Wiping the damn phone like I was infectected. Took all the tissues while I was crying due to an issue beyond my control. Despicable customer service. I felt so humiliated.Referred to me as that woman to another staff memberl. If that is the kind of people Lloyds employ I will go elsewhere Never felt so insulted before. Good Bye Lloyd's. Will go elsewhere.
