Went here to get a new bus pass and the man did not know what he was doing. We had a letter to say to go there from warwickshire and they will do the form but he said they don't deal with helping people get new bus passes. It was great , so nice to get back to looking at books rather than just click and collect. Visits limited to 30 minutes due to covid restrictions. This was fine. We left with a pile of books for the next months reading.
