Manager at lidil made me feel bad as couldn't lift my water onto belt he saw it and ridiculed me infront off customers...told him I had cancer so he put it on belt and said there you go if I can you can its company policy and my mum has cancer she copes so can you ...thank you madam have a nice ?day ...well I'll see you next tuesday with more for you ...hes the one with mostache and glasses so shocked at his actions

add some self serving tills so i don't have to listen a sensitive man shouting at me in the dead morning because i half asleep put a few items on the band before he finished loading up. apparently he didn't have enough space or offended somehow...
or teach your workers to de-escalate aggressive people instead of watching silently.
how am i suppose to know there is no pool at the end your till, its my first time shopping and nearly got attacked while half asleep.
not a nice situation, add some self tills so i don't have to speak with anyone.

Recently I did shopping in Lidl, leamingtonspa. It's a good store. The young lady here, Customer service assistant, Aparna...helped me in the search of products what I am looking for. She was kind and patient with other customers too. She was filling the products in the shelves and helping customers when they wanted. And when I came to the till, she was there again. It's a pleasant time n fun talk we had. She served well and I have seen the customers who stand before me were so happy while leaving the tills. It's v nice to see in this self service generation. Well, she deserves an appreciation and recognition too.

We went to store. I ask for help for staff member her name Sophie she is so rude.
She has no manners how to talk to customers. She didn?t even help and she went to store manager. His name is jack.
He didn?t even listen to us. He took Sophie?s side. He didn?t even ask our side. I think Lidl need to check about both of them. They are very rude.

Went into Lidl Leamington today , to be chastised and shouted at by a member of staff when trying to leave the store, Sophie needs some training on how to treat customers and if she's angry to take a break from working with the general public

This is an okay store with some good deals to be had. Unfortunately not everything lives up to their advertising hype and the store is very badly laid out, with no logic to the placing of items. Definitely room for improvement. Would be handy for a quick visit.

i like this branch i always find the things i need for shopping here the product placement is almost without big changes and it makes it a lot easier.unlike all the others who periodically reshuffle..good charging bright and clean room nice staff it's always good to shop without unnecessary waste of time

It's reasonable unfortunately normally only 1 staff on tills so can take a while to get served.
