LANDLORDS BEWARE! Do NOT use the property management service from this branch. I can't speak for other branches in the Leaders franchise, but use at your peril. Why?1. They do not do their due diligence on their contractors (many are not fit for purpose, and can't deliver). Simply use your own, trusted and competent contractors.2. They do not inspect your property for you. You can chase, but they will not action this. No reports will land on the all singing, all dancing 'portal'. You'll chase for months, to be told 'Sorry, we haven't got any reports). In the meantime, your tenant is doing the exact thing you don't want them to do (smoking in my case).3. Leaders have a communication problem. At national level, at regional level. I tried to make a formal complaint, at national level ? they told me to talk to 'Regional Level' managers and shared with me their contact details. Both of whom, had left the business 6 months previously. It took them 29 days to finally respond to my formal complaint.4. Your stress levels will sky-rocket. I've rented and managed my property myself for that past 15 years. At times, stressful, but in the main (with hindsight), not that bad. I chose Leaders (as Leaders Kenilworth have always found tenants for me ? and done that job very well) as I was going into business, and needed someone to take one stress from me, while I started my business.The experience using a professional 'Property Management' company, has seriously stressed me, and my family. I've lost time dealing with them and their ineptitude, which is time and money lost. I've been ill worried about it and I'm fairly sure I've lost hair.There is no accountability at this business. I've had apologies, but not one person inside this business has taken the responsibility for a myriad of failings that have gone on for so long.Landlords, please save yourself the stress ? either manage the property yourself, or find a property manager that delivers, uses trusted contractors and owns their mistakes.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ESTATE AGENT. I have had so many problems with them, from handing tenants the wrong keys then turning to charge landlord to replace lock instead of admitting they lost the keys, to what is so surreal, lending your property to drug dealers growing weed. It is just unbelievable, avoid at all cost don?t be fooled by their sweet talks.

Not the most honest or estate agents, they seem to work for them selves more then for anyone. Wouldn?t allow me to get in contact with my own landlord which I think is hilarious I was informed that they legally can?t =D yetI can pay him ?? nice place. I also por for referencing which they never did

Terrible letting agents, still owe me money!!!Made a bogus inventory check on a property they gave us in a state prior to us moving in, it had marks on walls and claimed it was our fault.AVOID THIS LETTINGS agent!! Leamington spa and kenilworth branch

I'm extremely disappointed with the delay in receiving my deposit refund from this agency. It's been 2 Months since I moved out on 5th June, and despite multiple follow-ups, I'm still waiting for my deposit to be returned. This lack of promptness and transparency is both frustrating and unprofessional. Isn't the company's reputation more important than refunding the rent? I hope the agency addresses this issue promptly and improves their customerservice in the future.

Leaders have been almost impossible to work with. I rented a student house through them from Sept 2021-July 2022, and a year on I am stil trying to get my deposit back from them. It took months, countless emails, countless phone calls and physical visits to their office to get them to return 4 of 5 deposits, during which time they repeatably sent them to the wrong bank accounts and claimed we had to contact our bank to ask why an *incoming* payment had not been received. I have had to repeat the same things to different members of their staff over and over again, with absolutely no results. If you choose to go with Leaders, do not expect to have your deposit returned to you unless you are willing to put in the time and effort that we have.
