Very polite staff here.Booked in for what looked like a slow puncture on offside rear tyre but sadly they couldn't find any signs of a puncture but advised that tyre showing signs of wear & almost to chords so advised to replace both rear tyres.This is what we are doing now.

Even though the shop was fully booked for the morning, the guys managed to fit me in to get two new tyres before we went on holiday later that day.

Called them up to see if they would be able to assist in getting 4d number plates put on for my car. Was told to come in to the garage centre so they could take a look and see what they could do. When I got there, they took half a glance at the plate and said they could not assist as the number plates I had printed did not have the dealership/suppliers name and postcode. I would have simply said this over the phone had I been asked if those details were present. Instead, I was told to come in and wasted both my time and fuel for this.

Good price and availability for 4 new premium tyres. However, a sharp tool was used to prise off the old adhesive balance weights. All four alloys have been extensively scratched by the tool, and those scratches are somewhat visible due to being on the outward facing side of the wall.
Advised to contact customer services, which I did, filling in an online questionnaire. Never heard back.

At first I was impressed, my car failed its MOT and they bust a gut to fix it. However part of the fix requires wheel alignment, which I paid for, but they don?t do it. A different Kwik-Fit centre measured 12 degrees toe out nearside and 38 degrees offside. The photos show a spanner was never used on the adjusters.
