I would definitely avoid this garage. Didn't put my wheels back on properly causing one of them to come off whilst driving home. Thankfully the crash wasn't that bad and it has so far been 5+ weeks and still not sorted out with the repairs and other fees. 100% avoid they could have killed me.

Not good. Popped in on friday for two new tyres. Was told to come back saturday at 10am. Dropped my car off on saturday at 10am and was told to pick it up at 11am.Went back at 11.15am to pick up and the car was untouched and cars were pulling in being serviced.

Rude angry little man who I?m assuming from the previous reviews isn?t the owner. We ordered 2 tyres and tracking on blackCircles website. When we arrived was told we?d need to get the track rod ends loosened OURSELVES they couldn?t do it. Had the tyres fitted. Returned 4 weeks later to get the tracking done after visiting another garage as they were incapable of doing it. Upon arrival rude man commented we?d had the tyres fitted a month ago, my husband replied we had to pay another garage to do the work which took time as like most people right now we don?t have spare cash. He asked ?why didn?t you get a refund from Black Circles? we were obviously an inconvenience to him showing up at 230pm on a Friday hours before they close. Was then told ?HE wouldn?t have used Black Circles? and ?HE wouldn?t have bought mid range tyres? so he?s obviously being paid well to be a rude obnoxious tyre fitter.
