Fitting rooms are closing at least 30 minutes in advance of shop closure time ! What the point to have shop open when you can?t try and buy anything ? I walked for at least 10 minutes across all floors trying to find open fitting rooms and only found assistant telling me at 17:35 that ?shop closing in 20 minutes and that?s why fitting rooms closed?

Bought a shirt and paid at self scan. I forgot to take the security tag off and went back the next day. I didn?t take a paper receipt but I had the transaction on my banking app. They refused to remove the tag f for me even though the bank transaction was above the amount of the shirt. Really bad customer service, the manager made me feel like a thief, uncaring and rude! . Where is the good will? I spend lots of money in this shop but no longer will be doing so!

The store was fairly clean and tidy. They have a good selection of clothes but nothing in my size. I went with my daughter in my wheelchair. Wheelchair access around the shop itself is OK, but getting in and out of the front door in my wheelchair was awful! There was a steep slope up with a big heavy door at the top that I couldn't open myself. No one came to help me, so I had to wait for my daughter.?????

Very bad experience and rude behaviour from the staff in the counter. Absolutely disgusting customer service ever. We are never gonna visit there again.

I witnessed today the worst experience I have ever seen In retail as a customer and I have worked in a managerial position for 17 + years . The one member of staff I ?presume a manager?patrolling around the store in a very aggressive way shouting, intimidating and being confrontational with multiple customers and members of staff 15 minutes before close because she wanted people to leave, even getting in peoples faces and at one point I don?t know what was said but even a member of staff had said you can?t say that it?s racist . I will be putting a serious complaint in as I feel people like this should not be working in a customer facing role . A VERY bad representation of H&M

Absoutley disgusting customer service I recieved today at tje Leamington Spa Branch, which was recorded by a unknown member of public today, who whilst I was complaining to management came up to myself and a friend ( two professional in our late 30s) and said you and your friend did absoutley nothing wrong!!!! Massive complaint will be going in to headoffice and i truly hope the member of staff is given a disaplinary.
