Rang today as our cruise was booking 19 months ago and suddenly its next week !.Was so worried and nervous that I hadn't got it all sorted on the P & O site. Spoke to Joe at Leamington, just want to praise him and say a huge Thank you for answering all my questions and giving me peace of mind . You are a star . ?Also a huge Thank you for Tracey who we booked our holiday with and made use feel so welcome. Roll on next week . X

I have to add to my recent review! I have since booked my first cruise and Tracey at Hays has been EXCEPTIONAL, so very patient and helpful. I/we will be coming back to book our next cruise in 2023. I could have booked on-line for my cruise as I am quite able, but I went back to Hays because of Tracey's, knowledge, advice and fabulous help, So, THANK YOU TRACEY! My husband & I own our own business and I/we know how important it is for great service to be acknowledged :-)MY FIRST REVIEW BELOW:I visited Hays today (20/8/22) as they came highly recommended. The two staff members were exceptional, so kind and helpful! They are both a credit to their company, Fabriza & a very nice young gentleman ( sorry I didn't get your name!)Thank you so much and I will be back to book through Hays! :-)

We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday in Europe thanks to the staff. They advised with accuracy the standard of the hotel which was superb. We had a problem (my fault) with the airline which they were very helpful in sorting out. We would be reluctant to use any other agent in future.

The team at Hays Travel Leamington Spa are brilliant. I have booked a couple holidays through them and they all have been so helpful and always go the extra mile. They are all friendly and knowledgeable and have affordable priced holidays! 100% recommend!

Booked a holiday to Mexico the other week and the service here was amazing. The staff are all amazing ,very helpful and kind.Definitely will be booking with them again.
