I got my car Honda Accord serviced: changed rear break pads. But after few weeks I heard some noise from rear part of the vehicle, went back to halford. They scheduled the check of my vehicle and cancelled it again. Then I haven't heard anything from halford at all. I came to another local garage and they found the right rear wheel is so tight! It does not spin easily.
I am not happy at all with halford service!

My car, this wouldn't work in my car unfortunately. I tock the item back and they wouldn't replace it, the guy behind the counter was pretty useless and didnt care, I would not recommend halfords, not the leamington branch.

Wonderful customer service today at Halfords in Leamington. I think the ladies name was Nicole or Nicola. Special shout of for being so friendly and really informative. Thank you ??

Shocking. I?m not leaving often a review but the service today was shocking. I asked for some tyres and the chap found the right size and said here they are and walked off. When I asked for some mud spats he pointed and said on the other site of the till and walked off.. more interested hanging the hooks straight on the wall. Where?s the service gone these days.. thought of leaving and order everything including lighting on Amazon for next day delivery.. this doesn?t help to keep branches open. Obviously these kids need better training in customer service.

Booked a slot for a car check at 1 pm. Due to an accident and road closure we were 15 minutes late. We called at 1pm to let them know and they reassured us that it wasn?t gonna be an issue as it s an half hour slot. So as long as we get there before 1:30pm it wasn?t a problem. Got there at 1:15 to get told we would have to wait 45 minutes because we were late and they accepted other repairs from people who DIDNT book in the meantime.
Obviously we didn?t wait, especially because we called to make sure it was ok.
Never going there again

Had 2 terrible experiences at this store. Earlier this year I bought some windscreen wipers and paid for them to be fitted. Was left waiting in my car for 30 mins, when I went in to see what was happening they had forgotten me, no apology, not a word from the guy fitting it he just did it and walked off.
Booked my bike in for a service today, waited for 10 mins in the queue downstairs, was told to go upstairs, waited for a further 10 mins up there, was told to bring my bike up by myself even though it's a big heavy bike and I am a small woman, no offer for help. Was told it would be an hour, went home, came back 2 hours later...the bike had not moved from where I left it, no phone call to tell me it wasn't ready and not to come, massive waste of time and petrol driving to and from the store. I will never be using halfords for anything again, avoid, avoid avoid!

Ordered online, received notification to collect, walked in, no queue, received my goods, walked out 2 mins later. Quick, efficient and the Halfords representative was friendly.

Placed an order online for a new bike to be built and collected in-store. While it was being built, the team kept me up-to-date, informing me of some minor cosmetic damage which they offered to reimburse for, which was a great solution for us. When I came to the store to collect, they were friendly and showed me the damage, as well as showing me the assembly documentation and straightening the wheels for getting it into the car. I left feeling very happy: thanks to the team for their hard work and care!
