Specifically this morning, this greggs was awful. Bacon and sausage roll. The sausages were thrown in the bag after the roll. Big clumps of butter and WAY too much sauce. Coffee tasted like dirt.
Normally Greggs is really consistent but this was garbage dressed up like comfort food. Better luck next time guys.

I just want to say what a pleasant expericance I had coming into the store a couple days ago. Clive, is an asset to your team! Never had someone make me feel so appreciated (he even gave me fresh sausage rolls!) what a gem! ??

Very disappointed there were no cheese salad baguettes nothing vegetarian on the cold shelf and they said they couldn't make one. Also no oat milk for my drink.

It's usually nice there, but today there was a very rude and aggressive old couple that shouted at myself and my care worker, and told us to "shut up", and the staff did nothing besides standing and watching.
I won't be going there again.
