received cold cheese and onion bake and steak bake and asked for it to be heated to which was told no? whenever been to any greg’s and received cold they heat it up this branch just said no we can’t which is weird as they have the oven to do it so what’s the oven for ?

I've tried to go to his place multiple times, and every time I go there's always a queue out the door and barely 1 person working the tills. Awful service.
