I'm in the market for a reasonably priced starter MTB, we were served by Andrea who was able to guide me in the right direction in a friendly, down to earth manner, which was much appreciated by someone like me who does not present as a hardcore mountain biker, or in fact, any kind of mountain biker.

Walked in this morning with my rear brake not working, Andrea was amazing to identify the problem and talked me through the whole process on changing my brake cable. Service was fabulous and all of the staff were super friendly, couldn?t recommend them more!

Gave this place a call and walked down they got my tyre sorted and off I went.

Purchased a bike from here on the weekend with my partner it was a woman?s bike absolutely fantastic, had the pleasure of dealing with a member of staff called Scott leamington spa branch, superb attitude couldn?t of been any more help, had lots of time for us wasn?t pushy at all, had lots of knowledge and answered all our questions, would recommend anyone looking at buying a bike or accessories too pop in and ask for Scott.

Overview: generally nice, but slow and inefficient
More details below:
Pro: staff is usually nice, but ?English politeness? sometimes goes in the way (problem avoidance); bigger issues are solved
Con: they kept my bike for around 3 weeks; it happened that they couldn?t find tools in their own workshop, they don?t keep spares, they don?t have staff that can work on electrical parts, they contacted manufacturer only by email so timings got longer; only at week 2 they started to call me (previously I stopped by the shop to ask) , but when they try to call they appear as ?No Caller ID? which looks like a scam call; when I finally was able to pick up my bike not all issues were solved (told me to go somewhere else to have the back light fixed) and I realised only when I was cycling back home that the front tire was very deflated (they replaced the inner tube); when I picked it up they were keen on getting rid of my bike from their workshop, as if it was my responsibility if they had it there for 3 weeks.

Walked into store, 2 ladies behind counter talking between themselves, 10-15mins later I walked out .
No , are you okay, do you need any help , nothing, just kept their conversation going and didn?t bat an eyelid when I left.
If I could give no stars I would have.

Customer service shocking. Lad kept telling me he didn?t know each time I asked him something. Started to get very rude and argumentative when I asked to be served by someone else, he then began having what can only be described as a toddler tantrum and continued to try to argue with me. I had ordered a click and collect item so I should have been able to collect it as it arrived to them and in packaging etc yet my item had been removed from delivery package and tampered with.

Can't rate the service here highly enough. We came in with an issue with a pushchair valve - it was difficult to sort and 2 staff members spent 30 minutes working on it, persevering until the issue was fixed. We will definitely be back for bike repairs in future. Thanks again to you both
