I'm in the market for a reasonably priced starter MTB, we were served by Andrea who was able to guide me in the right direction in a friendly, down to earth manner, which was much appreciated by someone like me who does not present as a hardcore mountain biker, or in fact, any kind of mountain biker.

No customer care skills at all. Not bothered that we were going to spend £600 on an electric bike. Didn't want to engage or even offer any help. Oh well glad you can afford to let £600 walk out the door
