Was going so well. Harry sorted my phone and put on screen protector. Which had an air pocket which would fall out i 2 hours. No it did not. As such a 5 drops to 2 for blagging

We came into the shop earlier this week and tried to get our phones sorted, with a view to possibly leaving EE, we were lucky enough to be seen Pravin who calmly helped us and managed to sort out all our queries, questions and uncertainties, and after we finished seeing him we wanted to stay with EE because he was so brilliant, calm, and so helpful. Thank you Pravin! We do think you should have a tea and coffee machine in the shop as it gets very busy and the wait times are often long.

Upgraded my phone today and all the staff were great and very friendly! Can't be helped that some days are busier then others, all the staff worked very well as a team to help us all.
Did not feel pressured to buy anything more expensive then what I wanted, and she went the extra mile with explaining everything very clealry. Honestly couldn't have had a better experience and will recommend and returne.

Went into this store in search of my first smartphone, having only used a basic phone up to now. Ben was v helpful and ordered the new phone for me, and booked a 1 hour appointment to help set it up. At the appointment he was very patient and helpful, and made sure I was confident using the phone before I left. As a result, I've been enjoying using the phone, and trying out new features. Thank you very much Ben for your excellent customer service
