Thank you sooo much for your help w something not too many associates will help and that too over a phone on the understanding of direct debit payments I have done on a bed purchase back in 2023 !!! You were patient , persistent ( w the computer and my request) to find my records and give me all I wanted to know about debits being done on my bank account; to know if I have been overcharged or not
So, guys, buying a bed / matteress go ask for
Wendy as she does no only help prospective customers but also answers calls of customers she has not sold beds but helps in finding their invoice n bank payments by being on call for 20 mins and SOLVED my issue
I need one more bed and I aurely coming in and asking for Wendy !!
Dreams- Please good care of Wendy, these are the people you need who understand true customer care ??
