I recently ordered delivery from Domino's Pizza in Leamington Spa and was thoroughly disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, the delivery driver refused to bring my order to my door, insisting I come downstairs to collect it. Due to a back injury, I specifically chose delivery to avoid unnecessary movement. When I contacted the store to explain my situation, I was met with indifference and a lack of assistance.
This experience reflects a concerning disregard for customer needs and accessibility. It's disheartening to see such a lack of empathy and professionalism from a well-known establishment. I hope Domino's addresses these issues to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Staff is helpful in choosing the right pizza. They also helped us with all offers and provided us different options in toppings.
Vegetarian options: They do pay attention to vegetarian pizza and it was super delicious.

I am deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Domino?s Pizza. During my visit, I witnessed one of the managers treating his employees in an utterly inhumane manner. His behavior was appalling and made the entire atmosphere extremely unpleasant. It was clear that the staff was distressed, and it made me uncomfortable as a customer. This manager should be fired immediately for his unacceptable conduct. I will most likely not be returning to this location.

I've ordered from this Dominos many times over the years, until a year or so ago they were brilliant.I understand that mistakes are made - we all make them, and I can only imagine how stressful the evening shifts must be on busy nights, but the service is just plainly not acceptable. My previous 3 or 4 orders have had some sort of mistake; either the crust isn't stuffed, the toppings are wrong, large dips weren't brought, etc. These add up, and when you're paying £40 for a couple pizzas and a side that arrive incorrect it feels like a mick take.My order today was wrong again (large dip was missing), which wouldn't be a big deal but the language barrier between myself and the delivery driver meant I was standing in the cold, outside in my dressing gown and shorts for about 20 minutes ?. I shared my location via whatsapp so he could find me. He was a lovely chap, this wasn't a problem on his part - these issues have been going on with this branch as a whole for a while.Will likely order from elsewhere in the future.
