Jessica on reception was very pleasant and made check in a welcoming experience. She was a credit to Warwick South. The hotel was an excellent place to stay for a visit to Silverstone. The room was comfortable and there was nothing to complain about

Rooms clean and quiet. Daytime checkin staff were very friendly and welcoming. Have stayed Northbound and Southbound and can say Southbound much more welcoming

Friendly staff all around, telephone manner of Summer (person, not the season) was amazing she helped answer any questions professionally even when I was confused about a ghost booking that I did. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the staff as they allowed me to drop off my luggage early as I was going to a wedding at 1 so they very much helped me with that. The general manager i assume by the attire was also very friendly and sent me off on my journey with a very nice farewell! The room itself was a standard room my only grievances were there was no plug socket by the bed unless I missed it, and if you are on the toilet the toilet roll holder is jabbing you in the arm! other than that it was a good place to get some rest before moving on. Night staff receptionist was also very friendly and informative. If I am travelling down south again I will happily stay here again!

Poor experience. It was quiet and clean hence the 2 stars. The place needs a refurb, beds are very soft, only 1 plug socket available in the room unless you unplug the TV and that was nowhere near the bed. Bad directions for breakfast, wished I hadn't bothered when I saw it, unlear as to which breakfast buffet was for Days Inn guests. Needless to stay won't be staying again and wouldn't recommend it. Makes Travel Lodge look like luxury.

Here for a short stay while visiting family and really pleasantly surprised! The staff were all really lovely & welcoming and the room was very clean. Everything you could was in the room and most importantly - the bed was super comfortable! 100% recommend

Stayed here for a classic car show at the British museum, very helpful and friendly staff Jessica and Linda even though busy had time to talk, good basic ensuite rooms, would definitely recommend and will use again.

Staff excellent which made up with any other deficiencies Property seems to be in need of a bit of TLC Great location for the venue we were visiting Room comfortable and clean. Amazingly quiet considering how close to the services and the motorway Parking seemed better at South side Days Inn than at North. Seemed to have "own" parking as opposed to the N side where parking was in the service station complex

One mug and one milk in a room for two! Soap dispenser missing over basin. Shower gel dispenser to bath empty! Bed also sloped a little to the middle. I paid £70 for this overnight stay and I would expect two mugs, sufficient milks and soap, and shower gel. So caused us a lot of inconvenience! The manager wasn?t there so I could not make a complaint and there email address given

Staff fine but building very tired and dodgy electrics. Broken switch and whole room electrics kept tripping. Had to move room which was a pain. This building really needs a complete refurbishment. Staff however were fine and helpful.

Despite receptionist Jessica?s best efforts to assist us, she was limited by the shortcomings of our 2 rooms, namely, only one PowerPoint and not next to the bed. 2 of our party rely on CPAP ( life support) machines. The only solutions for each was 1. to use the single (much less comfortable) bed by dragging it across the room to reach the power point; 2. To stretch the power cord to the outlet, creating a night time tripping hazard. In addition, the power was out for the whole night overnight without one couple realising that it was just a tripped switch affecting only their room. There must be a lot of other travellers who use CPAP machines who have had similar dilemmas.

Affordable, quiet and comfortable place to stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Little blip on arrival, original room hadn?t been made up from previous guest but this was immediately sorted out

I was really looking forward to a weekend away paid for by one of my children. My daughter thought I would enjoy it as photos made it look like it was out in the country, we arrived at night, I panicked thinking I'd come off at the wrong exit, shock set in when I realised I was on a services. These hotels are great for the weary traveller but for someone that wanted to do some art, even looking out the window at the back of the hotel was nothing to look at, a grass back, it was no romantic weekend with hubby, as for our meals my kids would have loved staying here, KFC, Burgerking, Subway. And a breakfast place, so we managed to have bacon sausage, beans, and egg on Saturday morning. I felt deflated and ripped of, ha! Not their fault. I should have read up some of the comment's. It was clean, quiet, and fairly comfortable. So for what it was it was okay, for what I thought it was going to be it missed it by a mile, we sat watching DVD's all day Saturday and Sunday we went to the motor museum a few miles down the road, that was lovelyFood & drinks: I put all I needed to say about the food in the comments, it was on a services so I got food you'd normally fond on a services, KFC, Burgerking, Subway and some breakfast kiosk.

A reasonably quiet location for a motorway hotel. Reasonable prices. Clean and comfortable room. A larger TV would be better. Friendly, helpful staff.Rooms: Clean and comfortable. Could use a larger TV. Great shower with loads of pressure.Nearby activities: Close to the british motor museum and the attractions of Warwick.

Decent place to stay. Staff are nice, rooms are clean but extractor fan in bathroom was constantly whirring all the time.
