Three staff chatting to each other. When I asked for help they all rolled eyes and looked at each other. The most junior lost and had to speak to me. Within a minute they had advised that I visit the Coventry store instead. But what I wanted to buy was on the shelf. In fact they had 10 of them. I think we can expect store to close within the year. Too many staff; too little desire to sell anything. I left feeling guilty to have asked for help. I want to buy from local store; local store wants to close. I wish it were otherwise.

I went in for some advice about a new laptop. Samuel couldn't have been more helpful and I would recommend anyone to ask for his assistance. What a refreshing change!!

No help we where told we will b next no one came after 15 mins so just whent home a got washing machine from very lot more money but got it with in a week and saved us hanging around

I went in to purchase a tumble dryer 03-11-23. After having a look around, we were hoping to get the attention of a staff member to go over finance options. Unfortunately we got Max.He checked they had the item in stock and then seemed eager to leave us. We had more questions which he answered with "let me check the product" and left us for a long time before wheeling the product out which was surprising since we had told him we needed delivery of the item. He obviously hadn't been listening. He never asked us whether we wanted Delivery or Collection for the item which is one of the first questions you'd ask a customer.He dumped the product down then went to the front desk before calling us over to start the purchase process. He was very abrupt and assumed we already had an account when he asked me for my account ID. He hadn?t explained to us how Currys operated their finance options which we had asked him to do as first-time buyers. Again, he clearly wasn?t listening to us. We couldn't complete the purchase because I had forgotten my ID however the whole process was an absolute shambles and the attitude from Max left a lot to be desired.We went back in 4-11-23 and Callum served us and he was the exact opposite. He was patient and explained everything to us including warranty options. Callum was confident and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable with our purchase and setting up an account with their finance provider. His customer service was impeccable.

Really poor service and experience, staff stood around I went to a member and said I wanted to purchase a TV , they weren't interested I asked them to check stock of a 50inch they are advertising they said they didn't have one and they couldn't locate any in the country, yet they were advertised online as in stock ! Very poor service the same day I went to another branch the service was better but still no TV went home ordered from John Lewis who delivered the next day free ! Next time straight to John Lewis won't even bother with Currys!

Had to visit Currys in Leamington Spa to deal with a laptop emergency, my Windows had entered into an infunite loop.Elliott saved the day and fixed the issue. I have to say that Elliott's customer service, patience and kindness with dealing with elderly customers (including the couple in front of me) were exemplery and he is a total credit to Currys.A final word for other staff members who were also attentive and reassuring10/10 CURRYS

Bought a laptop online. Initially had problems with it being in 's' mode. Took it into customer service. From that point onwards, nothing but a brilliant service. Cannot praise them enough. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work.

Very nice helpful staff. Overpriced for what they sell and you can get most of it online for cheaper but the guarantee of replacement and repair is really nice
