Went to look at laptops, Max was really helpful! He wasn?t pushy or too much! He was very chill, most places workers just swamp you and get you to buy everything and anything. He was absolutely fantastic! Can?t wait to use my purchase!

Appalling service , went in last friday ordered and paid for a macbook Air, was told it would be in on Monday and I would be telephoned when it arrived , no phone call so I tried and failed to ring the branch as the only phone number is a call centre overseas. I called it and was told after 25 minutes of waiting and pressing one for this or two for that it was ready for collection in store.
Today I have been in only to be told they couldn't find it. They then tried telling me I could only get a refund if I went online to claim it. It was only when I insisted that it was they who had taken my money and therefore it would be they who refunded it they relented and processed the refund.
Not the shop assistants fault but a bad attitude from the supervisor...

Quite helpful but tend not to have much concern for individual needs. Needs some maturity in the staff and greater understanding of customers on a wider level.

I went to purchase a new TV & wanted some advice on which would be best for our needs.The young Man who helped was very helpful indeed & I chose the one I wanted.I had a problem with my card at payment so popped out to get some cash instead,he was brilliant waiting for me to get back & helped load the TV in car.Thank you again for the help.

I went to get advice about a new laptop. I outlined to staff what I needed, and they were very helpful, even suggesting subsidiaries I buy compliment my purchase. They had such a good offer on I bought a laptop that day. I am extremely happy with the results. I would thoroughly recommend a visit to this shop to get advice on an upcoming purchase. Great service.

had to return my sons Nintendo switch as it stopped charging. although i bought it from their website the store was quite happy to get it sent off to Nintendo to either be fixed via warranty or be fixed with a charge which was fine as we had the switch for 7 months by this point.
heard nothing for over a month so we went back in to explain our situation and they offered us a new replacement free of charge. I'm thinking it got lost in transit, but fair played to them for the replacment.

Akash was super helpful yesterday when we came in to buy a new TV. We admitted we knew very little and gave our budget and he helped us work out what we needed best without pushing us into a purchase above what we wanted to spend. Thanks for being so friendly & helpful!
