DO NOT get your parcels sent/return parcels here as many other reviews have said. They will argue with you and maybe just not even give you your items. They might even keep your parcels for themselves. All around rude, used to be a nice shop but think new management? If you can?t manage the service then don?t offer it!

I went to collect my DPD parcel here on 2/1. It was available for collection from 30/12 until 5/1. They didn?t have it and couldn?t explain the fact that someone had picked it up on 31/12. Ive since learnt that the person collecting apparently showed drivers licence id. The shopkeepers told me they would always ask for the QR code also. I don?t understand how someone else could?ve picked the parcel up, but the shop/DPD have allowed it to happen. Neither the shop itself nor DPD has provided any answers and I believe they don?t want to share their CCTV to get the the answers because someone is clearly at fault. My advice is to not use this store as the pick up point for your parcels, I certainly won?t be doing so again!

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this store when picking up my parcel. The employee was extremely rude, shouting at me about not being able to keep my parcels at his store. This confrontation was not only unnecessary but also humiliating in front of other customers. It doesn?t matter if it?s one parcel or more; if they have a problem with this, they should consider discontinuing the service rather than treating customers disrespectfully. This experience negatively impacted my day and my mental well-being.
I felt that the behavior I encountered was extremely humiliating and rude. Being kind doesn?t cost a penny, so why not be kind to everyone? I do not recommend this place.

Unprofessional, Rude, arrogant, impolite, disrespectful, snooty, discourteous, insensitive, offensive, inconsiderate. These are only few of the words that come to mind when describing the appalling service and owners at this store. Im shocked and disgusted by their behaviour towards some people. Their collection/delivery service which they provide to public eg: evri, inpost etc. If you can't do justice or are too overwhelmed with this then don't provide this service, there's no compulsion that you have to. But if you are providing this service then do so properly.
Ive heard, seen people being shouted at, being abused by the owners, specially who they consider weak in some way or students who are foreigners and English may not be their first language. This is discrimination and not nice or fair. Then I see them being extra nice to some people who buy lots of things! Whether someone spends £1 or £100 , wether someone collects their packages or sends or buys lottery tickets. All should be treated respectfully and same. I can understand sometimes you can have bad days, personal problems etc but doesn't justify or make it ok to take it out on people.

They had a 8 year old doing the returns for evri. Returned 3 parcels and only one of them was on the receipt slip so iv lost a reasonable amount of money as two of the parcels where never collected from the shop. This "missing returns" thing keeps happening at kangs once things have been left in the blue bag. I will be making a complaint to the local council, to amazon and evri. As so many laws are been broken here it's unbelievable

Can no longer use Kang's for parcel pickup - picking up my parcels from them has become so stressful and I've come to dread picking up parcels from them. It's a total different customer service if you are buying something (very friendly service) vs picking up/dropping off parcels (in my experience, passive aggressive and disrespectful service). Perhaps Kang's need to reevaluate whether they want to continue their InPost/Evri service? Or realise that their parcel service does attract more customers? I will no longer use Kang's for either parcels or shopping, it's not worth ruining my day over anymore.

Kang?s has been a local favorite for years. They used to have a smaller shop around the corner and that was always treasure trove, but now that they have more space it?s amazing.They have a great selection of proper butcher?s sausages and I bought a jar of great local honey that we demolished in a couple of weeks.Thank you, Family Kang!
