For a major company like this, there?s no consistency in the customer service. You go one day and receive great service, the barista will be happy, cheery friendly however go like I did today and get served by a miserable large woman who doesn?t even look at you when she?s serving you. Better to go to smaller independent businesses who value their customers. These big corporations couldn?t give a toss except for your money.

I regularly come here and the staff are great but this afternoon the young lads serving were terrible, rude and couldn?t even be bothered to serve the coffees we ordered in mugs, I guess they didn?t want the cleaning since a more pleasant lady came after who did use the mugs so no issue clearly.

I?m a regular at this costa which normally has a good and friendly service but today (17th Jan) the staff were dreadful. I didn?t get my drink of coffee served in a mug just a paper cup even though I came in the middle of the afternoon and to drink on site. The 3 young guys serving were leaning on the counter with their arms crossed laughing at every person who came in. I hope to never be served by them again, I hope this place which I normally enjoy visiting doesn?t become unpleasant.

Shame on such a big franchise and have so bad workers, they was nice not rude just i don't understand how can i pay 4£ for a coffee and in return i have only half cup of coffee,shame on this people,like this the client doesn't comeback ?????

Handed me a coffee without the lid secured. Coffee spilled all over myself and my car. I'll need to take the seats out to fully clean the coffee out of my carpets. I'm not one to complain, but this has really bothered me and a quick stop for a coffee has turned into a £150 valet bill. Was a regular customer that will no longer be returning.

First time in Lemington Spa my husband went in to get me a latte to be ignored for a while as the manager was too busy chatting when he finally got aknoledged and asked for child's temperature to which the assistant manager called floris was extremely rude and said you want it Childs temp what is wrong with normal temp what's the point I have my own reasons for having it that temperature and it is none of his business the other staff were extremely rude also by swearing at customers when asking if there was any jobs going by another customer to be told NO and to f off I have never been to a costa with such poor service I am a regular with costa getting them from all over the place and am always greeted politely but here was absolutely atrocious and he is the assistant manager he needs training on customer service
