For a major company like this, there’s no consistency in the customer service. I regularly come here and the staff are great but this afternoon the young lads serving were terrible, rude and couldn’t even be bothered to serve the coffees we ordered in mugs, I guess they didn’t want the cleaning since a more pleasant lady came after who did use the mugs so no issue clearly.

I’m a regular at this costa which normally has a good and friendly service but today (17th Jan) the staff were dreadful.
