“Great help from the staff and nice little shop. I found it very helpful to go in and talk to the staff directly about products bought online. The boots I bought online were on sale and although the box had the correct size on it, the boots inside were smaller. As these were the last pair I was not able to swap them but the staff sorted the refund and offered me alternative sale products in store.”

The staff were very welcoming and helpful as I had my hands full with a toddler, bag and buggy.They helped me find the hats, explained the differences, how much UV protection each had and some tips on which ones were most likely to staff on my son's head ?Overall a really positive experience and definitely worth just a few £s more for such great service”

“The store was fairly clean and tidy. They have a good selection of clothes but nothing in my size. I went with my daughter in my wheelchair. Wheelchair access around the shop itself is OK, but getting in and out of the front door in my wheelchair was awful! There was a steep slope up with a big heavy door at the top that I couldn't open myself. No one came to help me, so I had to wait for my daughter.??‍♀️”

Unfortunately as the light filling is several years old the store and warehouse do not hold replacements.She also offered advice on how I may beable to source the shade. “Visited sports direct at royal priors. Store is great from location and item choices perspective. Prices are also competitive. However at times I felt that store is under staffed. At times you have to wait for more than 10 minutes to get your shopping billed.”
