On my last visit to the Leamington spa branch, I was welcomed with a smile and asked if I needed any help from the staff on shop floor. Val and Hollie assisted me and helped me find the right card and a suitable gift for the occasion I needed it for. They are always very polite and friendly in this store. Willing to help and also try to find something suitable for every occasion when stock allows.

Purchased a bee happy money box to find that when I got home it was broken! Before bagging pottery items they should check to make sure it isn't broken before leaving the store, this will save, time and money to customer....
