What a delightful service. Immediately I walked in and the atmosphere was bright and happy, the sales assistant was extremely helpful in trading in my controller and getting a new one, the music was great as well.

I recently visited the store and had a mixed experience. I want to take a moment to point out a couple of things. Unfortunately, the young woman working there today, who had a lip piercing, and green hair, didn?t seem too enthusiastic about her job. She expressed that she hated it, and when I asked her to check if the watch I wanted was the correct one, she didn?t bother to confirm, even though it was clearly on the wrong stand.
On a positive note, the young guy who assisted me was fantastic! He took the time to actually check the watch for me and was very knowledgeable. I didn't catch his name, but I really appreciated his help. Thank you! Overall, I hope the store can focus on maintaining a more positive atmosphere.

Wanted to have a look at the 4k home projector they had for sale in the LeamingtonSpa store but after waiting over 30 minutes for three people to sell them goods over the counter and due to the member of staff walking off after she had served i decided to go somewhere else and purchase new for well over the £900 pounds they were selling there's for if only they had a desk dedicated to selling

Left my phone to sell while they checked it out . They reduced the price . Nothing wrong with the phone . They put stickers all over it even though I didn't agree to there offer . I retrieved the phone the following day to find food or something stuck to the screen and also very dirty . Absolutely disgusting people . Never go again.

I had a great experience buying a second hand phone from cex. I had expressed interest beforehand and it was set aside for me which made for a really easy purchase. staff were all very friendly and eager to help.

Staff are rude, unhelpful and not bothered. Every time you go in there they always say there is a wait for electrical items to be tested. Clearly there is a need for this so any manager should surely see they need more testers or at least have them working from when they open but no CEX doesn't seem to get this and just makes customers wait for days on end. I will take my business elsewhere going forward. Customer service in this store is appalling.
