I called the card factory looking for a helium canister for my daughter?s 18 th, I had tried another store which had none. So , I rang my local store on the Parade , Leamington Spa and spoke to Daniel , he was very helpful , offering me advice on the various options as well as how the gel worked and how long the balloons would be good for. He double checked options with Julia too. Julia was also extremely helpful and offered to come in to work early to blow up the balloons for me, this saved me so much time as I had so many other things to do and collect, cake, streamers, flowers , vases etc. It helped me immensely on the actual day. My daughter went in to the shop , a few days later to thank them both.I highly recommend this double act, and they should be commended for their ?can do? attitude and helpfulness, something lacking in many stores today.

Just like to say a big thankyou to the young man on the door who tried to help my mom who's wheel had fallen off her shopping trolley. Unfortunately he wasn't able to mend it but a least he had thw kindness to offer to help. Thankyou ( 2.12.2020)

Went in to purchase some balloons and to have them inflated. While I waited for them to be inflated, the guy behind the counter also served several customers who joind the cue after me( we are talking 7 + people) I only had 3 balloons and had to wait over 5 minutes while he was serving other customers between inflating them! Despite being first, I had to wait longer than the other customers that where after me. No apology! No thank you, no nothing! Not if that was bad enough. He tied the string on the valve of the balloon letting out some of the hellium so it is starting to deflate already!Absolutely appalling!
