“I called the card factory looking for a helium canister for my daughter’s 18 th, I had tried another store which had none. So , I rang my local store on the Parade , Leamington Spa and spoke to Daniel , he was very helpful , offering me advice on the various options as well as how the gel worked and how long the balloons would be good for. He double checked options with Julia too. Julia was also extremely helpful and offered to come in to work early to blow up the balloons for me, this saved me so much time as I had so many other things to do and collect, cake, streamers, flowers , vases etc. It helped me immensely on the actual day. My daughter went in to the shop , a few days later to thank them both.I highly recommend this double act, and they should be commended for their ‘can do’ attitude and helpfulness, something lacking in many stores today.”
