The drinks are decent. However, customer service quality can vary greatly, depending on who is serving you.
When it comes to desserts, I strongly advise avoiding them. My recent experience was particularly negative; shortly after consuming one, I felt ill and became sick, raising serious concerns about the quality of their offerings.

Always come in on a morning before work, and the staff are so so friendly! I?m usually served by a lady with blonde hair, and glasses, and a lady with black hair (today and yesterday at around 9 am) I usually go for the coconut hot chocolate and the new cinnamon bun, but today I went for a iced coconut latte with vanilla! A great choice. Highly recommend here, the staff are always so lovely and friendly, and it?s always clean and tidy in here.

This place says dogs are welcome. However my dog was not offered water on a hot day, when I used a glass I was told off for doing so. I am not a child and will not be spoken to as one......if you are dog friendly then cater for dogs needs. Please avoid if you have a dog. Take example from places that welcome dogs if you are going to advertise as such, provide water bowls for them.... your reasoning for your position is not really tenable.
Given your somewhat mixed reviews I would suggest you have wider issues that need resolution.

Went in today ordered 2 drinks. Clearly said takeaway. Cappuccino was disgusting - ? my son?s drink he made in a cup hot choc with frothy cream. I said it?s takeaway and he poured the drink into a disposable cup.. Rank what a waste of £7. I threw mine in the bin!

Went in for 2 hours to study. Everything was dirty. I have never sat on a stickier table ever before. The machines also looked dirty, with coffee dust everywhere. Would not recommend.
