Poor experience with doctor. Wasted a GP visit, time off work and possibly another few days until another appointment. Their systems were down so they couldn?t do much except have a chat. They should have cancelled the appointment instead of wasting my time. The doctor had a common surname and wouldn?t share her first name. She spent a lot of time telling me what I should have done (non-medical) to get care. She said a four week delay (so far) before I get care was completely acceptable because my condition isn?t life threatening. I didn?t know private insurance healthcare providers have such low standards in England.

Great pharmacy staff. They helped me yesterday when I'd ran out of ameprazole. I spoke to a lady I think called penny on the phone and she was so helpful as were by the pharmacists. Thank you ?

Boots has now removed all staffed tills in their Leamington Spa store and there are now only self service ones available. I will no longer shop there. I have told my friends and they are equally appalled.

Friendly staff, clean and organised, well stocked shelves. Nice and big store, always find what I need and easily the best boots we have in the area.
I joined this boots pharmacy after collecting family prescription from them and seeing how friendly and hard working they are. They were very kind, as always. They update on when prescription are ready with a text and I'm very happy to be using them now.

Absolutely rude staff!
I was visiting the store today with my sister and toddler son. I accidentally knocked my sisters drink out of her hand when I picked my toddler up. Immediately my sister went to let a staff member on the make up desk aware. First of all she was walking away from my sister seemed un interested and said I will let someone know. I myself waited with the spilt drink until my sister came back. We waited there a few moments for someone to come as we didn?t want anyone falling then a member of staff approach the spillage but walked over it. So we left to go and get my son?s prescription upstairs. After getting said prescription we walked round to the lift where we were cornered by a member of staff who was stairing us down and then said next time ??I'd appreciate if you could let us know you?ve spilt your drink instead of walking off. ?? me and my sister both replied at the same time to say we did she then proceeded to say forget what I just said but I will talk to security to check if that?s the case.

i waited at the pharmacy for over an hour for a prescription for them to then cone up to me and say that because im nineteen and in full time education i have to pay when nobody even told me that before so i walked out the pharmacy with no prescription

I am avoiding Boots since they introduced self checkouts in the Parade Leamington. The checkouts are awkward to use. It is far to easy to get in a mess and have them not work. A horrible cost cutting measure.

Experienced THE worst customer service today at the Boots Leamington Spa branch from a manager called Hayley. I was returning a make up product which I had bought in error because it was the wrong shade. Before I could even produce the receipt, she proceeded to open the box, take the product out, take the lid off the product and then tell me I couldn?t return it because it had been opened and used. This was an unsealed box, and she had just opened it herself. I told her it hadn?t been used and it was rude of her to suggest I had used it without asking me first. I asked her to prove it had been used, and asked if we could compare it with the others on display. She flat out refused and told me I should contact customer services if I wasn?t happy, which I will of course do. I left the product on the till and told her it was of no use to me so she could keep it. It wasn?t about the money, it was about the principle of Hayley assuming I had used it and refusing to listen to the customer or prove why she thought it had been used. Came away very dissatisfied and disappointed. Bad show Hayley and BOOTS Leamington.
