Delivery was great.
We?ve both struggled with the new mattress, had sore shoulders so not sure what to think. It was t clarified when we bought the mattress that there was a cost to return if it didn?t suit us. We we only just told it was easy and we could return if not happy within the the days given. This now means if this mattress is causing shoulder pain, we ll have to pay a cost to return that we were not made aware of. It?s a shame as the sales lady was really good apart front m this

Richard was a real pleasure to deal with and surely will be the best sales adviser we come across this year or in fact any year. Meticulous attention to detail and ready to deal with any adjustments we made, this gentleman knows his products and does not try to push products tailoring exactly to what you are looking for and covering all possibilities. Our questions didn't faze Richard with all his experience. Excellent. Two thumbs way up. Catherine is friendly too. Highly recommended.

First of all, I want to share this disappointment publicly. We purchased an Artisan mattress from Bensons, trusting its quality and paying a significant amount ? but it smells like a barn. Every night I feel like I?m sleeping next to livestock and wake up to a strong, unpleasant odour.
When I first contacted the company, their advice was simply to ?wait five days? and the smell would go away. Well, here we are?two weeks later?and it?s still like sleeping in the middle of a petting zoo.
Despite having a large, well-ventilated bedroom and airing the mattress on both sides for two weeks, the smell has not gone away. I was told the odour would disappear in five days and that it?s ?normal? due to the natural fabrics. They claimed it wasn?t a fault and said if I wanted to exchange it, I would need to pay a fee plus a £90 delivery charge.
I?ve been dealing with this awful smell for two weeks. There was absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction, and I would definitely not recommend them. I tried cleaning it with baking soda today, but I honestly have no hope left. It?s ridiculous to pay this much and go through such an issue. I?ve never heard of anyone else experiencing this with natural fabric mattresses from other brands.

The service from Bensons for Beds worked. We knew what we wanted, ordered in store, delivered in a week. The delivery service was very slick and smooth. The delivery personnel couldn't have been any better - 5star.

Richard at the Leamington Spa store spent about 1.5 hours with us letting us try out a lot of mattresses to find the right one for both me and my husband. He was patient and we didn't feel pressured into a sale at any point. Richard was knowledgeable about each type and make of mattress and the pros and cons of each. He also helped us find the perfect divan and headboard too. Great service and looking forward to getting our new bed and mattress in a few weeks

A textbook sales experience, met by Rosie, offered a drink (heatwave day),said we were looking for a mattress, was introduced to the Sleepmatch system for an assessment, (looked like an elaborate sales aid). Once the assessment was complete we were directed towards some suitable products and invited to try a few with a supplied pillow across a range of price-points. Rosie provided patient guidance, enabling us to make the right decision for our requirements. We also purchased a mattress saver, extended the basic guarantee arranging delivery and for the old one to be taken away and recycled.

Catherine at the Leamington Spa branch was most helpful, very patient as I was deciding between mattresses, gave great customer service and helped advise me on products. Her other colleague, long dark hair and glasses, was very helpful too however I did not catch her name i'm sorry but she was lovely and helped with my decision too.
