Firstly the branch has a ridiculous interior whereby you can't see where the counter is and the area for face to face enquiries is woefully inadequate with no space for active management of a queue. And secondly, oh boy is there a queue. I queued for over an hour and a half for a relatively minor issue - one which I tried to sort out over the phone but was directed to branch where I could not make an appointment. I don't blame the staff one bit, but there is definitely not enough of them to meet the demand for face to face business and this branch is not set up to properly receive people either. A complete mess.

Great service from the Leamington Spa team as always. Needed several things to be done that can only be carried out in person and everything was taken care of in a polite and professional manner. I went to Barclays bank and wanted to share experience the excellent experience I received was second to none I was looked after by Smita who is normally based at Stratford but was covering Leamington Spa Branch. Smita treat me as a valued customer and not just a number. Her kindness helped me deal with what was a stressful situation in a calm and professional manner. I also was helped my Edward Edminson and the serve I received was second to none. Barclays Bank should be proud to have such love people working for their organisation and I am hoping both of these members of staff will to be acknowledged for both of there hard work and managing my expectations. My experience of coming into the Leamington Barclays I have shared with my friends and family.

Today I called into Barclays Leamington with a problem, I was introduced to Ruth who totally understood what needed doing, I am elderly but she explained everything carefully and between us (with the information I could provide) it was sorted very quickly. Thank you Ruth you're a star.
