Our usual place of shopping grocery is ASDA,
But last day it was too busy we went to do our self checkout the screen was appearing normal as usal and we scanned all our items and paid £43,
But when I saw the bill, there was already a scanned item worth £17 which we don't have in our item's so we asked them to give the refund, and it took 30 mins to get a refund.
The thing is, before paying, we need to be very careful and check the list once again appears on the screen.

Hardly any stock having to move boxes out of fridges so you can get to the items and then massive cues on a Friday at lunchtime because there?s no staff on tills madness

I bought 2 hair dyes and put them in my backpack because I didn't want to take a basket, a bald guy came and said "what's in your bag" I took them out, I showed him what I had and he accused me of thief, I showed him the money and said I would pay it, I told him to show me proof that I stole and he told me to leave Asda, horrible

Fillet steak with more fat than a tub of Lard and this is supposed to be selected beef and that's the issue with home delivery. They employ people who don't care and then give them no time to pick. There are better supermarkets ASDA has to be the worst. I see Morrisons is in trouble let's hope ASDA disappear as well

Asda is Asda..good collection. Customer service staff is good (unlike tesco).
Improvement needed
1.Able to scan asda rewards after purchase if missed
2. Homeware collection is okay, not much options
3. Asda rewards app runs into issues very often..

Reasonable as supermarkets go. The taff are friendly and helpful and the products are good. The only downside is that there are regular problems with card payments being declined for no apparent reason; which can be embarrassing.

I visited the pharmacy and discovered that it was closed from 4:30 pm to 5 pm without any explanation. This was quite disappointing, as I urgently needed to buy medicine and was unable to do so. If ASDA intends to provide this service, they should ensure that it is managed properly and consider hiring additional staff if needed.

I choose it for their bread and chocolate. However, do not enjoy shopping there, it feels like a mess.
