I had such a wonderful experience at Ann Summer?s! Caroline was amazing ? so kind, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole fitting. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything, making sure I found the perfect fit. I left feeling confident and supported (literally and figuratively!). Always a welcoming experience in here and to be remembered when you return adds that little bit something special. Caroline did the bra fit, but her and Venus make a fantastic duo and are a credit to Ann Summers. Thanks ladies, I will return. Have also recommended to family. Went looking for strapless bra ,lady was very pushy and was trying to tell that I was 2 sizes bigger than I was ,felt very annoyed and needed to get out shop ,I?m 55 I think I know what size bra I am !

Went in spontaneously because I?ve always wanted to get fitted for a bra just never ended up doing it. I was measured by a lady called Venus and she was so friendly and helpful. It was a super quick measuring and she wrote down my new correct size and the sister sizes as well. I never knew I was wearing the incorrect cup and band size, and Venus answered all my questions and made me feel right at home. My entire friend group ended up getting measured that day too and it was lovely to say the least. Will be back to purchase a bra and even recommended it to my mum.
