Usually love this shop and get all my bras from here, but spent £40 on a vibrator which was burning my hand to use, and was told I could return last week but brought in today and was told they wouldn?t take it even though I?d barely used it, cleaned it, had a receipt and was told I could. Now have a toy I can?t use because it overheats, and spent a decent chunk on it, couldn?t even swap it for a different one. Made me feel silly for thinking I could return it once it had been opened but was told last week it would be no problem?

Absoutley loved being served by Caroline, I don't often have bra fittings, but she makes you feel so at ease that you feel comfortable with her, very chatty and very attentive and will do anything to help! Love her! We where also looked after by Venus and made one of my daughter also feel at ease! They make a great team! Will be bk soon ladies!

Let's just say my wife was too embarrassed to go in, thought she wanted to. So I stood up for my woman and went in for her. Got some great things and some things that didn't fit but that's cool you can return them.
